AUCTION PROCESS
STEP 1: ASSESSMENT
Initial inspection & assessment of the goods or property.
STEP 2: PROPOSAL
Auction proposal & advertisement budget. The proposal will set out the proposed auction process. the proposed marketing strategy and the proposed auction date.
STEP 3: MANDATE
Acceptance of the auction proposal and the advertising budget.
STEP 4: AUCTION PREPARATION
The auction groundwork will be handled by our competent and experienced staff under the supervision and leadership of the Auctioneer. Marketing will commence immediately upon approval of the proposal, in line with the approved advertising budget. Auction boards and banners will be strategically placed near the auction venue, supported by targeted SMS, email, WhatsApp and online marketing campaigns.
STEP 5: AUCTION
The auction is conducted, on the proposed date, by the Auctioneer. All auctions are conducted in a professional and transparent manner that is unique to Mogale Auctioneers.
