Terms & Conditions - A refundable registration deposit of R5 000.00 is payable. Registration deposits refundable within 5 working days of the auction. Assets are sold as is and with no duty to repair. Auctioneers commission is 10% (excluding VAT). Only 1 day available for releasing. Please make immediate payment of balance of the purchase price. The Auctioneer is R Botes. A 7-day confirmation period is applicable. Only registered buyers who have completed a registration card and supplied the auctioneer with the necessary information may participate on the auction. For private individuals, proof of identification in the form of a passport or ID book as well as original or certified proof of address in terms of a utilities account or lease agreement that is less than three months old is required. The highest accepted bidder shall be the Buyer of any such lots. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the highest bidder, Mogale Auctioneers may re-auction the lots concerned, declare the successful Buyer, or remove the item(s) from auction.​
